About Us

Miss Jackie's Daycare started in 1993 when I was home with 2 little ones.  I loved being home with my kids and decided that watching a few more kids would be a great way to help with our family's income.  

It didn't take long for me to realize that partnering with families in raising their children was  a calling and a passion for me!  Before I had my kids I was working on a college degree in early childhood education and planned to be a teacher.  I have been blessed to be a teacher to around 90 kids in the last 21 years!  

We are a Christian daycare and feel that teaching little ones about God's love for them is the most important thing we can do!  We believe it's important to care for the whole person - their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual growth are all important.  Caring for others, being kind, helping out, obeying parents and teachers, learning about the world around us - these are all important things that we work on and emphasize.  We have had many parents tell us that they (and others) notice a big difference in their child once they start school here.  

As a parent, we know that deciding who to trust your kids with is a big decision.  If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and like a second home, but with structured days, field trips, and LOTS of love, Happy Hearts may  be the place for you!
